This is a blog of Jason Masters (and potentially others over time).  Jason is a Company Director, Senior Executive with experience across many industries in the corporate, not-for-profit and government sectors.


Jason is a progressive Christian, with a strong interest in human rights, society and ethics.

Jason is the co-author of the landmark book "Computer Security in Australia", which led to the creation of the Australian Computer Abuse Research Bureau at RMIT, where he was a Foundation Director.


He has also a chapter in The Handbook of Board Governance: A Comprehensive Guide for Public, Private, and Not-for-Profit Board Members, 3rd Edi

Jason has published his partial memoir, "A Journey Towards Acceptance: An Evolving Memoir".  This is only the second of this genre written in Australia, looking at his life experience as one of the youngest firstborn of a WWII veteran, a Christian, married to a woman with kids before mental health issues forced him to address his sexualit

Jason has published his partial memoir, "A Journey Towards Acceptance: An Evolving Memoir".  This is only the second of this genre written in Australia, looking at his life experience as one of the youngest firstborn of a WWII veteran, a Christian, married to a woman with kids before mental health issues forced him to address his sexuality. 


After coming out, he has been involved in LGBTIQA+ advocacy, in particular transgender human rights, marriage equality and the rights of LGBTIQA+ people versus religious rights.
